Dynamic pricing and artificial intelligence
Understand your bookings, define your pricing rules and adjust rates at the right time. RéservPro connects your statistics to your pricing calendar, with Aria to help you decide.
The right data for a pricing decision.
Rates benefit from reflecting your actual bookings: what is filling up, what remains available and how much time is left to sell.
Occupancy and availability
Analyze sold and available units by date, category or service group. Overall occupancy can help guide the pricing of the remaining inventory.
Booking pace and history
Compare bookings with a previous period and last year at the same stage. Identify dates that are booking ahead of pace and those that are slowing down.
Value and data quality
Track the analytical value of bookings and average booking value. Confidence levels and missing data help put the results into context.
When enough data is available, anonymized RéservPro occupancy trends add context by category, city or region. They show no other business names, rates or bookings. They reflect the data available in RéservPro.
From recommendations to automation.
Start by understanding the results and reviewing proposed prices, then prepare the recurring processes that suit your business.
Analyze with Aria
Ask about occupancy, seasonal differences or dates that need attention. Aria uses the structured data available to explain trends and pricing suggestions.
Approve rates to apply
Preview prices day by day, select dates and confirm the changes. Updates use the pricing calendar shared by RéservPro and Aria.
Prepare overnight processing
Define services, periods, pricing rules and limits with our team. Observation and simulation let you review proposals before the agreed activation.
Automation is set up for each business after its plan and parameters have been approved. It can consider occupancy, time until the service date and an observation period before a rate decrease.
What if your occupancy changed?
Change this example data to see how occupancy and time affect pricing. The example thresholds appear in the table below; these controls do not configure your account.

Amounts illustrate base rates before discounts, supplements and taxes. This example starts with a current price equal to the reference. The target stays between −10% and +20%, with a maximum 5% step and respect for the price floor.
Explicit pricing rules to approve for your services.
A strategy can increase rates as units become scarce and allow gradual decreases near the service date, according to how your customers book.
| Example situation | Target against reference | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Occupancy at or above 60% | +5% | Remaining available units |
| Occupancy at or above 75% | +10% | Overall or category occupancy |
| Occupancy at or above 90% | +20% | Scarce availability |
| Occupancy at or below 50% | −5% | Within 21 days of a stay, or 7 days of a day rental |
| Occupancy at or below 30% | −10% | Within 7 days of a stay, or 3 days of a day rental |
In this example, decreases also require at least three days without a new booking for that date. The price floor, bounds and maximum 5% step still apply.
Low occupancy does not always call for a discount. A distant date may simply be outside its usual booking window. Discount windows preserve rates long enough, then allow a gradual response if the date approaches without new sales.
Clear limits for each price change.
- Reference price, price floor and adjustment range defined before setup.
- Targeted periods, categories and services; only remaining available inventory is considered.
- Prices already recorded in bookings are retained. New calendar rates apply to new bookings.
- Opening rules, discounts, supplements, taxes and restrictions are preserved according to the service configuration.
- A record of proposals and processing. A manual change or a different configuration may require review before continuing.
Adapt the rules to what you sell.
Hotels, cabins and ready-to-camp units
Connect rates to nights, availability and category occupancy while considering overall accommodation demand.
Rentals and activities
Define inventory groups and the capacity actually available. Offers that share a fleet need an occupancy calculation suited to their durations.
Hourly rates and packages
Hourly grids, four-hour rentals and full-day rentals have distinct prices. Setup must preserve these differences and be validated for your offers.
Aria · Decision support
Aria helps explain the reasons.
Ask in your own words, then review the figures, factors and limits behind the answer.
- “Which categories are filling faster than last year?”
- “Which dates are approaching with low occupancy?”
- “Why is a price increase suggested for the remaining units?”
Projections show a trend with a confidence level. Insufficient data is identified. Business analyses complement accounting reports and payment records.

Is automatic pricing enabled by default?
No. Reports and previews let you start with analysis. Automatic processing requires a setup for your services and agreement on the parameters before activation.
Does Aria freely choose all prices?
Aria helps analyze, explain and prepare decisions. Automatic processing follows the rules and limits approved for the business.
Will existing booking prices change?
Amounts already recorded in bookings are retained. Calendar changes are used to calculate rates for new bookings.
Can I prepare for my next high season?
Yes. Analyze previous seasons, categories and booking lead times to prepare your periods and pricing rules. Selling dates, capacity and limits still need to be confirmed for your services.
