Three days.
One unforgettable peak.
August 14–16, 2026•Demonstration report
DEMONSTRATION · 100% FICTIONAL DATASimulated event, sales, visitors and payments. This report illustrates RéservPro's capabilities. It is calculated from the fictional reservations, invoices, payments and ticket validations generated in the Festival Altitude account.
A festival that brings the mountain to life
From tickets to revenue: a complete view of the fictional edition.
The busiest arrival period
2,618 first entries during this hour. Useful information for adjusting reception staffing and shuttle service.
An experience beyond the ticket
Packages combine admission, camping and parking; their components are allocated without counting sales twice.
A used ticket represents one visitor in this scenario. In a real report, a visitor holding multiple tickets must be identified to avoid counting them more than once.
From advance sales to the gate
An order can include several units. The family package includes four tickets; Altitude Getaway includes two. The channels below count units sold.

Cumulative daily visits are neither unique visitors nor simultaneous occupancy. Re-entry on the same day is not counted again. In a real event, a ticket without a scan does not, by itself, prove that the holder was absent.
A regional attraction with a wider reach
Breakdown of the 28,400 tickets issued, including complimentary tickets. Each order's origin is assigned to its tickets.
Where does the audience come from?

| Chaudière-Appalaches | 4,686 | 16.5% |

Registered participants
The family package includes two adults and two children. This breakdown uses the participant categories recorded in reservations; it does not infer exact ages from an adult or student category.
The Altitude Getaway
Two people. Three festival days. Three nights under the stars.
Turn the festival into a getaway.
Two regular three-day passes, one campsite for three nights and one parking pass for the stay.
One package, three components
| Allocation before tax | Per package | Total |
|---|---|---|
| Ticketing (2 passes) | $138.00 | $220,800.00 |
| Camping (1 site) | $81.00 | $129,600.00 |
| Parking (1 pass) | $30.00 | $48,000.00 |
| Total | $249.00 | $398,400.00 |
This fictional internal allocation adds up to the package price. The 3,200 included tickets are already counted in ticketing; the $398,400.00 is counted only once.
Commercial capacity sold
Camping: 1,200 standalone sales + 1,600 packages = 87.5% of inventory. Parking: 3,400 standalone sales + 1,600 packages = 83.3%. Capacities are demonstration assumptions, not a measure of people present on site.
Figures that reconcile
Active invoices from the scenario and fictional payments recorded in RéservPro. Reservations from other demonstrations in the account are excluded.
Revenue by activity

Understanding the results
Taxes are reconciled against invoice rates and totals. The fees shown come from the RéservPro fees recorded for the scenario's reservations, without applying an arbitrary percentage.
Sales after fees are not profit: artist fees, staffing, facilities and other expenses are not included in this scenario.
About this demonstration
This is a sample report created with RéservPro using reservations, invoices, simulated payments and daily ticket validations. This public copy presents only aggregated, fictional results, with no real customer data.
For a real event, report accuracy depends on daily validations, recorded participants, their origins, and the reconciliation of sales and payments.
